Located in Belfast, our gallery boasts over 50 square metres of prime exhibition space. We welcome emerging and mid-career artists to join us, offering a supportive platform beyond the ordinary. With a dedicated team and comprehensive services, BPW Gallery is your canvas to showcase your printmaking expertise.

Exhibition Services

Full invigilation coverage throughout the exhibition's duration (5 days per week)

Prices
Choose the duration that suits your needs:
£400 pcm
Gallery Information
BPW is open to the public from 9 am to 5 pm.
Late-night art openings from 6 pm to 9 pm with hospitality.
Hire rate includes design consultation for an A1 poster.
Exhibitions promoted on BPW's website, social media, and Visit Belfast.
Postage and packaging of sold works handled by BPW.
Application Process
Prospective exhibitors should follow these steps:
Submit an exhibition proposal.
Ensure your proposal meets the required criteria.
Visit the gallery space before submitting to understand the available size.

Application Requirements
When applying, include:
Artist's statement
Current artist CV in chronological order
6-10 digital images of your best original print artworks
Clearly label with artist's name, medium, title, edition number, date, and value
Additional information may include the workshop/studio, paper type, etc.
Terms and Conditions
Before applying, please note the following:
BPW takes a 30% commission from any sales
All submissions must be predominantly printmaking on paper.
Installations, 3D, audio/visual, digital, and performance-based exhibits may be considered if predominantly printmaking.
Preference given to original handmade print artworks on paper.
Framed and unframed works are accepted.
Specific hanging/install requirements are the responsibility of the applicant.
Successful applicants may include unframed work for sale in browsers during the exhibition.
Archive Donation Option
Successful applicants can choose to donate at least one (preferably two to three) print artworks to BPW's archive. This includes administration, meta-tagging, photographing, and storing the work.

BPW has the right to refuse applications, and no feedback will be given.
